Allison's Gourmet offers only superior-grade loose-leaf teas and tisanes (naturally caffeine-free herbal infusions). Loose-leaf provides the fullest flavors because the leaves and herbs have space to completely open, whereas tea bags are often filled with lower-quality tea and powdered herbs since there is not enough room in the bag for expansion.
